Our municipality entered into a contract with Anderson for architectural, engineering services and construction management for the purpose of building a new 31,000 square-foot public works facility. We entered into a construction manager at risk contract with a guaranteed maximum price. After completion of the final construction drawings and final bids, any savings were to be credited to the Village of Mt. Pleasant. Anderson Ashton not only fast-tracked the design process, they have successfully expedited the building process as well. All of this has been accomplished while saving the Village over $200,000 because of their due diligence during the bidding process and value engineering. I would highly recommend Anderson Ashton to any municipality considering a building or remodeling project. They are true professionals and have been a pleasure to work with.
