Village Hall - Rochester WI
Rochester Village wanted to replace their 70-year-old village hall with a new efficient and functional building that required minimal up-front costs, yet yielded maximum operational savings. Anderson Ashton designed and built a 6,200-square-foot facility that provided 40 percent more space yet reduced annual energy costs by 33 percent during its first year of operation. The result proved to cost-conscious village officials and residents that building green doesn’t have to break the budget or burden taxpayers.
